Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support daily front office operations and assist our accounting and payroll teams. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars
• Greet and assist clients in a welcoming, professional manner
• Manage document intake and output (scanning, printing, filing, organizing)
• Process and track tax returns and client documents
• Assist with payroll processing and administrative support
• Handle client email correspondence and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records within firm software systems
• Support front office and administrative operations as needed, especially during tax season

Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or office experience required (accounting firm experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers, software systems, and office technology
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
• Basic understanding of tax processes or willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
